However, a new report from  VentureBeat  claims that will not be the case. Instead, Samsung is tipped to officially unveil the Galaxy Note 8 at a Galaxy Unpacked event in the second half of September.   As you would expect, the Galaxy Note 8 is expected to offer quite a few major upgrades compared to the current Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones. While the phablet will be powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 9 8895 chipsets as the Galaxy S8 duo, the octa-core chips will be paired with 6GB of RAM on the Galaxy Note 8.
